So much for a break and pigging out as I have been doing all Holiday Season long- Thanksgiving, Christmas ad New Years, I really need to get back to running. My slacking season has come to an end. I have just the right amount of time left to begin training for my half marathon on April 18, 14 weeks. I have found a plan that seems pretty doable so I'm getting started right away. I have the rest of the week to ease back into it and then on Monday ready or not, most likely not, I will begin my training. We'll see how it goes.
